The Franklin County Arts Council (FCAC) is generously supported by the North Carolina Arts Council, local businesses, and by people like you.

Two Locations:
 
"Upfront Gallery" and class room located at 22 S. Main St., Franklinton NC 27525.
Open: Thursday to Friday 10:30 - 4pm, Saturday 10:00 – 2:00pm.
 
"Louisburg Art Gallery" located at 111 N Main St, Louisburg, NC 27549
Opening Date: May 19, 2017.

Our Mission
The Franklin County Arts Council (FCAC) is a nonprofit community organization which is passionate about developing all areas of arts within our diverse community.

Our Vision
We devote ourselves, our resources, and programs as a way to support economic growth in Franklin County through the enhancement of art mediums such as literary, visual, dance, theater, music, and culinary arts for all ages.
