Photo challenge monthly with members sharing photos at the next meeting for fun and critique. Our Facebook page also includes a weekly challenge.

Workshops and photo outings are offered during the year.

Members document FCAC activities with their photos and volunteer in the community.

Bob Ringham presented a photographers’ workshop Seeing the Light at Franklin County Arts Council Headquarters, 22 S. Main St, Franklinton NC on April 14th.

2016 Annual FCAC Photography Show

Jim Liestman was the big winner this year. He won first place in the color division with his photo “Wetlands Sunset”, and first place in the black and white division with his photo “Serenity”. His “Wetland Sunset” was the Best in Show.

In the black and white category second place went to Donna Campbell Smith with “Wee Little Bear.” Third went to Bob Ringham for “Lady in the Woods” and fourth to Pamela Andrejev for “Calhoun Square, Savannah.”In the color division second went to Karla Jackson with “10,000 Feet above the Gulf”. Third went to Jim Liestman for “Floating” and fourth to Donna Campbell Smith for “Safe in Harbor.”
