Arts Council Writers Guild
FCAC Writers Guild supports and encourages writers of all genres and levels of expertise.
We meet monthly on the 4th Thursday at 6
pm at FCAC Gallery, 22 S. Main Street, Franklinton, NC. Meetings
include a writing prompt, critique time and planning of events. In
addition to our regular meetings we've had three writers day-retreats
which included speakers and plenty of time for writing and networking. Below are scenes from our most recent retreat held at Rolling View
Community Building on Falls Lake State Park. We also publish an annual literary journal and sponsor a writers contest. Check back for dates and more information on our projects.
